1.Site Consultation
The Intimation for the Site visit from client’s side to Gardeena Horticulture begins the process of determining your landscape maintenance needs. Once the general maintenance needs are established, scheduled appointments for a property walk through with one of our landscape maintenance experts. During this site-visit, our staff will discuss your landscape maintenance preferences, requirements & priorities & review any problem areas on your property, required to customize the perfect landscaping maintenance services for you.
2. Proposal:
Once the site visit has been executed, our staff will analyze your property data, plantation, and personal landscape requirements to determine which combination of regular and seasonal services will both address your preferences and keep your property in peak condition all year long. Your landscape maintenance proposal will outline and describe these services, including quantity and price for each type of landscape maintenance visit, and will offer you a variety of convenient payment methods. Our staff will then set up an appointment to review your landscape maintenance program proposal with you .Our staff is available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have regarding your proposal.
3. Execution
Once you’ve signed and returned a copy of your landscape maintenance program contract to us, our staff will schedule your year-long landscaping services, coordinating closely with you to meet any of your specific scheduling needs.
